Poor castomer service Ram Hand To Hand Couriers
I'm really not happy with your very poor courier services you provide, Friday I was suppose to get my package and I never got the parcel and today the parcel has not been dispatched. On Friday I called your contact center and your agent assured me that the courier is on his way and he never got to my house. Now today another agent from East London called today before even asking the driver, why did he not deliver my parcel.
