Poor business ethics
I got a dispatch message at 7h30 am saying my parcel is on ots way. I wait. 8hours till 3h00pm. Call the call centre they call the driver and promise me delivery before 5pm its almost 6pm now. Nobody came. I call the call centre nobody pick up. I waste my airtime and i waste a full day. Now ill probably have to wait till teusday night. Poor poor service. Lies to customers ethics very bad. Sies

09 Apr 2020, 18:14They purposely didnt deliver my parcel. They **** on purpose. This is not reliable. And you consider yourself an essential service. If you had any decency the driver could have called me to inform me so i can know. What if the idiot came to my house and everytime im not here? Lockdown is no excuse to lie to customers and disappoint people who you promise to deliver to

09 Apr 2020, 18:48That was spitefull. I mean i even bought airtime to ask what is happening. Why would the call centre at 3pm tell me my parcel would be by me before 5. We all know gps estimates are accurate. Im disgruntled
