Poor & Bolshy service from RAM

On Fri 31st I had my wife at the Surgeon for a procedure. During the morning, a lady phoned to crossly ask why I wasn't at home. She did not seem to understand the need for my presence. She then undertook to deliver to the Drs rooms. Well, that didn't happen. The cell number she used would not take a call or sms. Nothing on Sat. Eventually, a parcel was delivered on Mon 3rd. Then, your Customer Service is terrible. Then, RAM keeps deciding the matter is all wound up, when it, clearly, is not.
