Poor / bad service
<p>Am still waiting for my delivery which Ram said it will be deliverd on friday then they moved to monday even today am still waiting, I spoke to several people from thier call center (lexcene,palesa and palesa's supervisor) where I was promised my package today before 10 in the morning no1 came thru no call recieved, I then I took my time to call again and the answer I got is they will send an agent an email to find out when will he or she deliver and they will call if they get any response, that says to me forget about your package as we bizy with big client not you.</p>
