Poor and Disgraceful customer service
Had a package deliver from Cape Town to Randburg and it was delivered to the wrong address. How does that happen if the address is written on the package. It took them 5 week to get the package to the correct address. Have spoken to managers, supervisors and not once did the return my calls or send me proof that my package was delivered.
