Poor after sales assistance
Extremely poor service. They picked up 4 parcels from me. now 1 missing. Did not received proof of pick up even. Now they don't want to do anything. Not impressed with NO after sales help and don't recommend this arrogance by not wanting to accept responsibility for the mistake by incorrect parcel with incorrect name

24 Jan 2024, 16:22Today McGregor called my client stating im at fault placing wrong waybills with wrong parcels. Utterly nonsense. I don't have waybills on my parcels. Only they place waybills. This person is busy with slander against my name and i will take further action if this person continue with this lies
