Please do note that your collection was only arranged today, as per our online system this clearly states that collection will be done before 17H00 on the day the collection is arranged. As per our conversation via Live chat and e-mail I have advised that this will be collected today, It is also my understanding that you were contacted by our Cape Town hub to advise of this.
