Pointless Delays for a Simple Address Fix

I am extremely frustrated with the shocking service from RAM Couriers. All I needed was to update my flat number on the delivery address — something that should be a quick admin fix. Instead, RAM has turned this into a drawn-out approval process of 24 to 72 hours, delaying my delivery unnecessarily.

What makes it worse is that I even offered to collect the parcel myself to speed things up, but this was flat-out refused due to so-called security risks, which feels ironic given how disorganized and inefficient the whole process has been.

This is unacceptable service for such a basic update. Customers shouldn’t have to wait days for something this minor, and the complete lack of flexibility or urgency from RAM makes it clear that customer convenience is not a priority for them.
