Please just shut this company down. Suppliers Do not use

I have had several issues with Ram Couriers. I shop online a lot and dread those times when Ram courier is used on the 20 it so times they have been used. I probably have 2 fairly positive experiences after I contacted management to get my pkg. Now my management contact is acting just like the test of this pathethic company. I have about 20 deliveries a month and this company is so bad that even one delivery with them is frustrating. From tracking which tells you nothing and is useless. ( pickup, on way to depot, arrived at depot., out for delivery.) Customer service hangs up. Dies not answer phone or whatsapp and drivers stop for 15 second. Don't ring doorbells and drive off. I sent them videos of this. Managed will help but on weekdays will say stupid things like im not in office after promising the world....this clearly means I'm not interested as we all have phone access to everything. This is so poor in every regard. I cant wait for them to close. Suppliers who use them...will lose customers guaranteed
