Please Help

Hi there. People keep telling me that they tried to deliver my parcel but I was not home. I work from home! I have not left the whole of yesterday and today. Why do the couriers not phone me when they are here if they cannot get hold of me? This is the second day in a row this has happened. How come you can phone after you failed to deliver but not when you actually deliver?! Parcel no is AAAA***
