Please follow up

I called RAM today to track a package this afternoon and they were polite but little did I know the promise of following up was never going to happen. I made a second call about an hour after the first one hoping they would have an answer for me but that was also a shot in the dark. After waiting another almost hour I called again and they had an answer that apparently came in over 15 minutes before I called. They told me the driver was on the wrong route but nobody came back to me. It would've been nice if someone followed up with me as promised
