Please delivery my parcel as soon as possible.

I have been tracking my parcel since the 22nd which was the day my delivery was unsuccessful mind you I has not even received a call from anyone like all the other courier service company do if they can't locate you. I then later receive an email advising me i should provide them with my contact information and address to arrange delivery. I then call on the 24th to confirm if they have received my email instruction since I had not received any response. On the 25th I received an email at 07:23 that my parcel is out for delivery, at 16:57 I receive a call from an agent wanting to confirm my address at the time there was only 3 minutes left before closing time because delivery is between 8am till 5pm. Later when I check the comments on the tracking site, it then says I was the one who was not available for my delivery. Like I don't understand I need that parcel delivered to me as soon as possible. I bought unlimited data from Rain hoping to save now I'm buying data with money I don't have as my husband is working from home. This is a serious inconvenience.
