PLAYED BY RAM

After writing to Hellopeter on the 10th of November 2020, a representative from RAM called me and promised to sort out the issue. he said they'll redeliver and accept the proof of address that I have. From the 9th to the 13th I awaited the delivery but nothing came. On Friday the 13th I called RAM Harrismith, they told me they could not get hold of me the whole week, of which I was surprised as my phone was always on. They also asked if they can also call me on the number I used when calling, I agreed because I wanted to get my parcel. They promised to deliver on MONDAY BEFORE 13:00, they even made a note for that, during our conversation. On Monday the 16th of November around 6:55 AM, I was called by a guy from RAM calling me by the name of SOMEONE ELSE who is in LADYSMITH Peters area, I told him I am not that person. He said the parcel has a note that it must be delivered before 13:00, I said yes, I asked for it to be delivered before that time but that is not my name. He called me on both my numbers asking for the same person. At around 12:45 I called RAM and asked if I am going to get the parcel today or not, they said they do not deliver in Newcastle on that day, they will deliver the following day, which is on Tuesday the 17th. on the 17th around 13:20, I received an SMS saying my parcel is out for delivery to my work address, I AWAITED a call telling me they have arrived but nothing happened until the day was over. UP UNTIL TODAY NO CALL , NO MESSAGE , NOTHING IS SAID.
