Plain Stupit

A friend did an upgrade telephonic with Cell C who uses RAM as a courier company. When the upgrade was done a friend clearly stated that the reciever of the device is Thami however RAM \cannot pick that up on their system"so they came to deliver at my company on Wednesday 25.02 and looked for a friend on mine and as a result she doesnt work with me so they turned back. I called RAM on the 26.02 at 13:45 and spoke to a **** that promised delivery on Friday 27.02. and that never happened till i eventually picked up the phone at 13:51 to follow up only to find out that the **** i spoke to never made any arrangement then from there I was taken from pillar to post and then landed to the lady drive who promised to call me back when I disputed the fact that she wants to deliver on monday then called RAM again and spoke to Beverly who then again promised that the delivery will be done before 16:30 however nothing happened and I called again at 16:14 and now she tells me that the lady driver who promised to phone me back says she is waiting for Cell C to approve that I must receive the package I mean ***? and so by the way Beverly I am still waiting for yo busy manager to still call m"""
