Pitiful Service

When I think of RAM, these are the words that come to mind... Unsatisfactory, unacceptable, poor delivery ( infact zero delivery) mediocre, joke.

I received an sms and email to say my parcel is out for delivery at 8:33 AM, at 9:56 I saw my delivery failed, two hours later their useless customer service calls me, wanting to know why my delivery failed, I was wondering the same thing because NO1 CALLED ME when my parcel was outside, the only call I got in that time frame, was from their customer service. Was I supposed to wait outside from 08:33 AM ? What kind of delivery service doesn't call you when they are outside with your package ?
