****PIEST SERVICE WITH RUDEST PERSONEL EVER

<p>on the 13/032017 I received an sms indicating that my parcel had arrived and was despatched to me. Needless to say it never arrived. After a few days I called the call centre who says it was delivered to someone no-one here knows and since its a house, I think I pretty much know who lives here. Anyway, apparently it was escalated - who to I have no idea since I had heard nothing. So today I phoned the call centre again and got the rudest woman (and I am substituting the word I actually want to use) named Kerishnee who was totally unprofessional and a complete ***. Anyway she put the phone down on me after telling me to speak to someone else and she was going to delete the call. So here I am - speaking to someone (like the whole world) to complain about the seriously bad service and the rude staff that work at this company. If you thinking of using them - rather use postnet because who has time for rudeness.</p>
