Photocopy of an ID

Vodacom sent me a parcel today with RAM. I live in a complex in the South of JHB. I opened for them and the<br> van came inside. Went down to meet them and collect my parcel. I showed my ID but they wanted also a copy which i couldnt produce as im pensioner, live alone, dont drive so there was no where near by that i could make<br> a photocopy. The driver and the lady with him realised that there was no way that i could produce photocopy so <br> they phoned their collection dept to explain and ask if they could give me the parcel as i had the original ID with<br> me. The gentleman in charge was adamant and said no so the driver and the lady after thousands of apologies <br> they left with the parcel. Thumbs up for the driver Roger and the lady Singobile for the way they tried to help me <br> and thumbs down to gentleman at the collection dept.<br> .<br>
