****** phone,no delivery,poor service

My partner's phone was collected from Samsung after it had been repaired by RAM couriers. Delivery was scheduled for last week Tuesday. On Saturday my partner decided to go to the branch in Randburg to query as to why his phone was not delivered to him as yet.According to the driver the phone was delivered, according to their system the phone is still out on delivery. We have got no joy or answers as to where the phone is,it is now over a week later and no sign of the phone or any feedback from the manager as promised. This is phone valued at R19500 with additional repairs done to it at R7500. Before this case is taken further to a higher level,I will be expecting feedback today!!!
