PHONE STILL NOT DELIVERED AFTER 8 FULL DAYS

I am having a horrible experience with RAM. Everyday my parcel is out for delivery but it never gets delivered. I am so frustrated and the drivers lie so much! I have verified my address and contact details so many times. I am so angry. STAY AWAY FROM RAM. Vodacom should stay away from you honestly. My parcel number is K***. I WANT MY PHONE!!!!
