Phone delivery

My cousin Ashley has ordered a cellphone on Bash and the expected delivery day was Tuesday the 3rd of September 2024. They only called him yesterday the 4th of September 2024 stating that they have rescheduled his delivery date to today the 5th of September 2024, however, when we track the delivery, it shows that it was rescheduled again and the delivery address has also been changed to his workplace without his consent. He did state clearly to the delivery guys that he was off duty yesterday as well as today. Now we are busy calling their customer care line to get clarification regarding this matter and all they do is disconnect our calls immediately after picking up. We are unable to send through our complaints on their page, as that option keeps on giving us an error.
