phatetic business manners

i am working for a company who's name i cannot disclose, and my company deals with take alot, as ram being one of the preferred courier services we had contacted them to open an account with them, i liased with a gentleman by the name of wilhelm who sent me a few applications to fill in and rate cards to sign, during that period i had mentioned that our line of products is homeware products which entails glassware and breakable items. i filled in all the neccesary applications, my director signed everything, i took pictures of the way we pack our items as requested and sent it through to wilhem all before the 6th of march, on the 11 of march 2020 i sent an email regarding an update on our account, no response received, i sent another email a week later on the 18 of march, in between calling a few times only to reach to voicemail. i received a response on the 18 of march telling me the account was not approved due to the line of products and the risk of breakages, i do understand that insure cannot be given, however i was never notified of that. and when asked to be sent the terms and conditions entalling such rules to foward to my director, i didnt receive any, all i received was an email stating that they dont offer insurance anymore, with nothing official, that to me seems like someone who does not want to do business, and if this is how ram does business then i am very glad i am not opening an account with them.
