Paying for Express Road service But got Economy!

I ordered a collection on 26-01-2016 at 7:08am from port elizabeth to Johannesburg via your Express Road service (48hour delivery). A driver was sent out to collect at 11:08 but never arrived to collect on that day (26-01-2016). A driver came at 8:00am the following day (27-01-2016 more than 24 hours after ordering and paying for the service) and that only because I had to send an email complaint. My package via Express Road Service was suppose to be delivered yesterday 28-01-2016 but at this moment 10:30 on 29-01-2016 my package is still not delivered. <br> <br> Why wasn't extra effort made to get my package delivered on time seen that the delay was the fault of your Port Elizabeth Branch?<br> <br> Why am I paying more than R300 extra for Express Road Service to have my package delivered within 48 hours but you are giving me an Economy Road Service. Will I be re-imbursed the difference?
