PAXI MBAZWANA IS FAILING THE COMMUNITY
The Paxi point in Mbazwana (KZN (Paxi code: P8513) is constantly having network problems, I send about 10 to 15 parcels a week and there is always a problem with the system. The PEP has told me that they have contacted Paxi to make them aware of this and that its being fixed but in a month there is no improvement. The till points work! The other online systems work! Paxi - DOESNT WORK! You can do better!

How can access to this vital service be improved so that is reliable?
I would think you could contact the branch and investigate why this problem is occurring and find a solution to improve the access to the service.
Maybe they need a better router? Maybe they need to change the network provider?
