Pathetic,disgusting,ridiculous service in 2019

Been waiting for a delivery from Monday. Yesterday 9 may it was booked out for delivery at 8:44. Waited all day like a fool and 23:00 website tracking stil said out for delivery. Made a few calls to the call centre during the day and spoke to a Terry leigh and a Jonathan, Terry leigh said the drivers phone is off and cannot contact him. She even made me wait on the phone whilst she phoned and this according to Jonathan is bull**** as all drivers phones are off during deliveries. Jonathan says driver cannot go home home until all packages are delivered..... really so why am I still waiting..... this morning 7:30 tracking says my package is out for delivery..... I even asked Terry leigh if I can go pick up my package at bellville and she gave me a long bull**** excuse..... I cannot believe in this day and age that there is such **** service, with so many lies. Everytime I phone the call centre it rings and gets cuts...... Ram get your house in order, this is bull ****. So I guess today I will spend waiting again, like I have ****all else to do with my life. Teach your staff how to speak on the phones, they customer services after all.
