PATHETIC! USELESS! WASTE OF TIME!

If I could give them 0 stars I would, this courier doesnt deserve any rating they should be shut down. I received my sms that delivery would take place on 02.12 before 5pm. I waited the entire day for delivery and there was a no show. I tracked my parcel on the pathetic site only to see that the useless courier marked it as "UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Durban - UNAVAILABLE HOME - CONTACT NOT AVAILABLE" what a load of BS!!! I called immediately only for the person to tell me it will be delivered today. I waited until 11:45 to call TFG to check where they are, only for the agent to tell me that it hasn't left RAM's warehouse! I was shocked! why was it not sent out again in the morning? I made a fuss then they sent out a request for it to be delivered today. I called multiple times from 3pm to ensure it would be delivered and was assured it would be. The last person I spoke to at 16:45 said it would be delivered by 6pm. It is now 19:17!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHERE IS MY PARCEL??? AM I SUPPOSED TO SIT IN MY HOUSE EVERY GOD DAMN DAY HOLDING MY BREATH WAITING FOR YOU??? I DONT THINK SO!

GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER OR YOU WILL FIND YOUR BUSINESS FALLING FLAT VERY FAST!

Let me give you an example of exceptional service! I ordered some goods online on Black Friday morning, was told online to expect delivery in 5 to 10 days. Guess when the goods arrived? IT ARRIVED SATURDAY MORNING! FROM JOHANNESBURG! Can you beat that???? I think not!
