Pathetic & Useless Service

Such pathetic and useless delivery service. Their consultants lie to regarding delivery times, they say it the delivery has to be signed for in person with ID documentation and no other one person can sign on your behalf but then even after "escalating delivery" they deliver to the wrong address and just let anyone sign for it.

When querying regarding why and how this happened you got to wait hours, as apparently the internal teams at RAM cannot contact each each by phone and can only email each other.

I had to therefore fetch my own parcel from my work address instead of my home delivery address which was on the invoice and the SMS sent out on day of delivery, would of been easier to just collect directly from Vodacom if I had the option.

I will never recommend RAM and cannot believe they are an international company with such terrible service and multiple comments of the same nature in the same day!
