Pathetic, useless and *************
Useless company. Been telling me my item has been coming since Tuesday, got a message today saying its out for delivery, when i track it at 2.15 pm it says delivery unsuccessful, how on earth when no one even bothered to contact me.
Customer care also non existent, just keeps me online on the phone and drops me on whatsapp, ive dealt with many courier companies, this is probably the worst
I needed my item by friday and its looking less likely now. Why do people even use this ******* company

05 Dec 2025, 09:56Hello?! What was the outcome? Again yesterday a failed deliveey, is my item lost or ******? If customer service here on hello peter is so bad then i honestly don't know. I even called yesterday amd waited 20 mins and spoke to a consultant and again today.
I honesty feel there is something sinister going on.
