Pathetic, useless

I purchased 2 new Honor X9c cellphones from Telkom. Telkom advised me that the phones come with ear pods and a watch, however they I would have to claim for it from Honor. When purchasing these phones my produced my drivers license and it was accepted with no issue or request for an ID. Fast forward Honor released the ear pods and watches to RAM for delivery to me. On the day of delivery RAM requested an original ID. I explained my ID was misplaced however I have a certified copy of my ID as well as my driver's license. RAM refused to release the items to me, further claiming they had strick instructions from Honor to only accept an original ID. After back and forth trying to reason with RAM driver as well as their customer care I had not received the items.

My wife then contacted Honor directly. Honor advised their policy is an original ID or original driver's license and that they don't understand why RAM refused to release the items to me.

I still do not have my items.
