Pathetic Services

Cant imagine the if service could be anymore pathetic, couriers where supposed to pick up a parcel from me, whilst tracking the progress, it shows that the sender was not ready such a joke that when you call them they give you ******* explanations. Next day they call you to notify you that the package will be collected between a specific time and again its a no show. Cant believe that companies like this operate without any regards for other people's time.
