Pathetic service, ********

I've been expecting delivery since 7:35am today after receiving sms confirming delivery but nothing.. o called the m thrice to follow up but nothing they kept saying they will call me back but till nobody called me. All of a sudden when I’m check the driver **** about my area saying it’s dangerous there’s a strike like really strike??? Ram doesn't deliver in dangerous area.Pathetic service with disgusting drivers who lies they always deliver on this area. I’m fed up of such service with Ram Vodacom need to get another delivery company. Contact center agents and driver are ***** where the **** is the strike??? What danger??? Mxm I’m ****ed you’ll better sort this before I escalate it further!!!!
