Pathetic service Ram hand to no hand
Vodacom uses this company to deliver new handsets. I have had misfortune of having to deal with this company. They don't call and conform time for delivery they just arrive at the given address and expect you to be available. There contact numbers don't work and I you eventually get through, you are kept on hold for 40 minutes. How difficult is it to give the client a time for delivery. Am expected to just wait. This service level is unacceptable and pathetic to say the least. Vodacom needs to assess the service levels it's clients are receiving fro Ram, Ram must step up or step out
