PATHETIC SERVICE RAM COURIERS, NO ONE TAKES ACCOUNTABILITY

Hi I am extremely disgusted with the service received from your couriers.. For such a huge company its ridiculous to think that your guys can cause mistakes, and then it takes almost two weeks for them to rectify and deliver to me, after I specifically stated that I need my order by latest today???? I call you r customer service and your phones rings endlessly, its ridiculous to think that the parcel has not yet been collected as per express service as indicated yesterday. Your pathetic service should rather avoid from delivering my parcels, because it seems you are running a sh$# show to say the least, while you advertise to be one of the best courier companies, I have never experienced that smaller courier companies cause such delayed errors while delivery is not prioritised as a matter of urgency for any of you. Its useless to receive this parcel next week Tuesday as my party is this weekend, and now I have to entertain guests with a broken rail, that is the reason why I bought this on 27 March ......................Pathetic service RAM Couriers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
