Pathetic service RAM Couriers

Pathetic is the only word. Tried calling them 5 times and for that 5 times I could not get through. Vodacom should not use you as their courier company lets say rather no one. Why you are still in business only you know. My phone is been laying at your depot. Only get a message now to say another 72 hours. After vodacom promise on their website overnight delivery. Pathetic pathetic pathetic. I am still waiting for a reply from Ram after I even emailed them this morning and said I will get support within an hour.
