Pathetic Service - Ram Courier - Klerksdorp

My parcel is stuck at the Ram Klerksdorp hub for more than a day. This is not the first time. I don't know why Vodacom continues to use this courier because their service is pathetic. Is it because they are BBBEE. In the end it will also have anegative effect on Vodacom. My suggestion to Vodacom is to move to another courier.
