Pathetic service once they recieved payment

I received a quotation to courier a parcel after speaking to Teboho Tsosane from the call centre. I made the payment and provided proof of payment as well as all required details within hours. Service was great to get the payment, but the next day my delivery was confused with another and I received irrelevant queries on the wrong delivery through the day. However my delivery (which has already been paid for) never got collected to be delivered as promised. I called Teboho to follow up, but once my call was answered by Teboho I was repeatedly put on hold multiple times in a matter of minutes. I have now paid Ram Hand to Hand Couriers to make a delivery which they never bothered to make!
