Pathetic Service from your Call Centre

i have been waiting for my Parcel to arrive and when i call into your call centre and press the customer service option this is the terrible service i received: 1. I spoke to Jonathan who said i must hold then hung up. 2. I phoned again and went to reception this time and the call was dropped. 3. I phoned again and went to your receptionist and this time was told one of the courier guys will contact me. 4. 4th call and asked to speak to one of the agents for customer service and finally spoke to someone but have been waiting for the couriers to contact me since then. an hour has passed since my expected delivery time and i am still trying to get through to your call centre but no one seems to bother picking up.

I Hope someone will hear me this time and get back to me at least.
