PATHETIC SERVICE FROM THIS GOOD FOR NOTHING COURIER COMPANY!!!
Ram Hand to Hand does not even deserve a single star let alone be open for business which such pathetic service, pathetic is even an understatement.
Ram has been giving me the run around since monday this week regarding my shipment, delivery has been failed every day since monday for no apparent reason and when i called yesterday afternoon, they assured me my stuff will be delivered today, thurs 5/13/2021.
Low and behold, i call ram to track my parcel and it is still sitting in the warehouse and not dispatched for delivery!!!! what the actual ****!!
i have taken a day off to receive my parcel and i have been given the run around from this Good For nothing Company and the only thing i have received, is ****** excuses!
