PATHETIC SERVICE FROM RAM HAND TO HAND COURIERS

i have ordered a phone from vodacom 29 November 2022 i waited i called in they said Ram will be delivering on Friday 2 Dec i alled Ram myself they told me to confirm my address i confirmed it in Midrand they aid they have the address in Pretoria (which i dont know where they got that from) the lady corrected it and updated on her system and said a guy will deliver on the Saturday 3 Dec noone came around, i call Ram again on Monday 12 Dec the guy i spoke to still had the address in Pretoria by than i was already furious and aske dto speak to a manager i waited on the line for 18 minutes to speak to a MANAGER i got through to the Manager Cayden who said he will handle it he then checked his system and said one of his agent had CANCELLED my order and it is being sent back to vodacom warehouse ( i mean how pathetic can that be if you were not told to do so) now i have to go through the whole process again of going into store and doing application again. After i have wasted my airtime for keep on calling Ram almost everyday and they have no remorse for the pathetic service they serve. I WILL MOS DEF TELL MORE PEOPLE AT MY WORKPLACE AND FAMILY AND FRIENDS OF THIS PATHETIC NO REMORSE AND STUPID SERVICE YOU OFFER
