Pathetic Service from RAM Couriers - I am not Impressed at all!!!!

RAM Couriers is such a bad delivery company Firstly it was not communicated to me that i am recieving a parcel. How it came to knowledge is that I missed two calls because they called me during my working hours and I couldn’t answer.

So during my lunch i called the number and came through to their call centre and they informed me that i have a parcel.

The call centre agent wanted a tracking number or reference number which i did not have because it wasn’t communicated with me that im recieving a parcel from them. So they couldn’t assist me even with my ID number.

I called the second time and Fortunately enough an agent was able to assist me and informed me that a parcel was attempted to be delivered- My question was ,my Gate was wide opened and they were people sitting outside my gate why didn’t they ask those people to call me because i was also home - working from home

Clearly their service is bad and i am not impressed with it at all!!! Tomorrow im starting my Class at 08:00 and i still havent recieved my Study Material because of RAM couriers

Your service is pathetic and Unprofessional! I am not happy at all!!!!!!!!! I need my stuff to be delivered before my class starts tomorrow because i wont be denied an opportunity to study because of your unprofessionalism and pathetic service!
