Pathetic service from Ram Couriers

I have been given a gift by Platinum Life which is now currently sitting at Ram and I have decided to give it to them for keeps after numerous lies of promising to deliver it in vain. Since a week ago I have been waiting on a parcel they have been promising to deliver it by I guess my house moves further and further from them everytime they attempt to deliver it. the worst part is I am the one who has to waste her airtime following up with them and we are all struggling financially due to Corona and I must waste airtime calling an office number and no one bothers to even contact me to explain what is going on. Their services is pathetic, there is gps and they have my number to call me when they on the way. I hope Platinum Life sees this as well.
