Pathetic service from Ram Couriers

Ram couriers services are disappointing! All they do is lie, I ordered a parcel from TFG and they make use of Rams services. I was told I was going to get my on the 26th of November and they did not deliver. I called almost every hour wanting to know whether or not I'll get my package and they failed to deliver. The courier driver did not even call to say anything. On their app is said that they came and I was not at home but when in actual fact I was waiting on them. The following day which is the 27th of November I was told I'll get my package delivered to me and I still haven't received anything. I am so disappointed and disgusted with their pathetic service. All they do is lie!
