Pathetic service from Ram couriers

The worst couriers services. I booked my collection on Friday and they promise that they will come collect my parcels on Monday, when I call in the afternoon, they said driver already on its way to depot, a lady called be after that and she promised me that the parcels will be collected on Tuesday before 10H00. I called again on Tuesday after 10H00, because no one came to collect parcels. They keep on saying they assigned someone to collect and will come to collect today. They said the same story every day. What a poor service from Ram couriers. Our customers are getting upset because of these poor service. I am very much upset and will not use them anymore.
