Pathetic service from RAM Couriers
Very poor service received from RAM couriers. Got a mail on Sonday the 29th Of Nov saying that my parcel is out on delivery. I saw on the mail that my contact nr is incorrect so I phoned them and gave them my correct nr. They told me that they will deliver the next day. No one even bothered to phone me so I phoned again on Tuesday, asking them about the delivery and they promised again that they will deliver the next day and they did not! I needed the package by yesterday and still did not receive it and not even one phone call from them explaining why they did not deliver.
