Pathetic service from RAm

Waiting 3 days now for delivery of package. Each day I receive a message your parcel is out for delivery only to be disappointed at the end of the day with no delivery completed. Worst of all their is located less than 8km away from where I work so it baffles me how they cannot complete the delivery seeing that just four months ago they delivered a parcel to this location and they regulary come and deliver here, now all of a sudden they cant find the address
