Pathetic service from Ram

My name is Tshepo Cyril Mokwena, I have received a pathetic service from Ram hand to hand, if it was my company I would have closed it down like yesterday, I have ordered a sim card from Rain store, they use Ram to courier their products to their customer, however ram is sabotaging them, this guy {driver} from Ram calls me to inform me that he is delivering my parcel, he then asked me if I have my ID with me and proof of residence, I answered him correctly that I have, however on my side my proof of residence is in my emails, which I just need to print and give it to them, upon his arrival he called me that he is outside, I went to him and gave him my original ID and told him that I'm printing the proof of residence and he will get it now in 5mins, he agreed to this, however when I went back to the building to provide him with such he was gone, after he called me and I told him that I'm on my way to him, he left my ID with the cashier in my store without my knowledge, I called him to ask him where is he, he said he had left to another client. WHO AM I TO RAM? A NUMBER? HE GAVE RAM A BAD REPUTATION FOR SH##T, who on earth do what he did, if I was not going to print it out I was not gone let him hold my original ID copy.
