Pathetic service from Mbongeni Tshabalala

After trying numerous times to send a parcel online (like I have done 3 times in the past already), I was informed by Mbongeni Tshabalala that the website was "under construction" (even though there is no notice on the website) and that he will send me an email, which he did on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 9:58 AM. I rep**** with all the necessary details on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 10:26 AM. I received no response and sent another email on 18 July 2018 03:25 PM....no response. I inquired on the live chat on the website again yesterday morning, still waiting for a response. This morning I phoned to speak to Mbongeni, but I was cut off. Second time I phoned I was told that he is not at his desk (please note that he is the ONLY person working with parcels, according to the first lady who answered the phone). The lady told me that Mbongeni sent me an email. Today Friday, July 20, 2018 10:21 AM I received the following email from Mbongeni: Good day, Sorry for the late response, I’ve been on training. My colleague advised me that these items fall under the prohibited items list as perishables unfortunately we cannot courier the below. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Please explain to me how biscuits and sweets are prohibited items???? This is not the first time that I send the exact same parcel content to my kids. NOWHERE on the website does it say that biscuits and sweets are prohibited!!!!!

Can somebody in a higher position that Mbongeni please contact me regarding my parcel that I urgently want to send to my kids, please???
