Pathetic service for RAM Couriers

After waiting a few days for my package to arrive, I called RAM couriers on Monday(29/04/2019)and waited on the call around 15 minutes for someone to pick up, eventually someone picked up they advise that my details where incorrect and they corrected it and said the parcel will be delivered the next day, I called again on Thursday(02/05/2019) and after waiting 15 minutes o so again someone did pick up then put me on hold to find out where the package is, I waited an additional 5 minutes and the line goes dead, I tried the number again and it happened the second time, I eventually asked the consultant to not put me on hold and to please let me know whats holding it up, he advised its at the hub and it will be delivered today 03/05/2019, i still have not received a call or an update, this is really pathetic service for RAM Couriers
