Pathetic service

Absolutely disgusting experience. For two days I struggled to get hold of my parcel. Courier kept noting that parcel could not be delivered because they couldn't get access to the house. The driver wouldn't even call, but make it as "failed delivery"m Only after doing my own research I found that they used an entirely wrong suburb and tried to deliver to an estate with access control! Do the drivers not check the suburbs? My order almost got cancelled by Foschini because of this! After two days of constant calls and escalations to two different managers, did I get my parcel.
