Pathetic service ever

Worst service ever

I waited for a parcel since 11. They said they tried to contact me the number they tried to call me on it's not mine. I gave them the correct number. Since 11 waiting for delivery. I called them more than 8 times all I hear is the driver is on the way until now. I have been stucked in the house waiting for nothing. Had to cancel my plans for what. This is so pathetic and annoying.
