Pathetic Service - Driver lies about delivery

I have just been give the run around by this pathetic company. The driver arrives at my workplace 19h00 in the evening. Then it gets registered as delivery fail when they promised to deliver between 8h00 and 17h00. I called the next day to confirm when I will get my order, then I ( the client) has to wait an extra day. What pathetic service. Nobody is even trying to fix this issue. I do not know why AXXESS is using this company, They should use a different courier company. Now I am waiting for someone from RAM to contact me, I want my parcel delivered today.
